HeatherVGot the snow baskets! Got to try out the poles about a week and half ago at the Grand Canyon on the South Kaibab Trail. Went 5 miles down and 5 miles up and the poles helped immensely and held up great.
Great poles and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid, sturdy set of poles that are comfortable as well.

The vendor has let us know that the snow baskets were picked up and are on the way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided, these are scheduled to come in 11/18. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.

So first off, got the poles today. That was a nice surprise. The poles are great but the snow baskets were not included as mentioned. How can I get this resolved?

Great news group! We placed the order for the Black Diamond Trail Pro Shock Poles shortly after the drop ended. Our vendor will be preparing it for shipment.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you all with updated information.

they are unisex. using them for last 1 year. Great poles. UPDATE: Shock absorbs failed after 1 year of use. The Shock absorb system won't trace back and it creates a gap between handle and shock absorb system. No comfortable to use with this gap. Need to adjust by hand to normal position
