I believe whoever wrote the description should redo the specs. Currently it shows on triple power it burns 6 times as bright AND burns almost 4 times as long than single power. I am interested in the correct specs and whether or not it has built in charging for the Ni-Cads. Kind of difficult to decide if this is a good purchase without those two bits of information.

fishbiteI've got this headlamp and love it. I can typically make it through a summer 4-night trip without recharging, with moderate use at night time. Held up pretty well in extreme cold (-30C/-22F), but definitely drained faster. I can't speak to the power thing, but yes, has built-in charging through a plugged port on the side.

fishbite@fishbite - The Specs for the Revolt headlamp are taken directly from BD's website, which also matches with the info in the instruction manual. I'll admit that it seems counter-intuitive to have a brighter light that also shines longer and I don't have an explanation to that.
