I own one -- it's good. It tilts. I like the batteries. Rechargeable might be preferable if use is limited to night-time camping chores. I use it while riding a mountain bike on trails at night, fits right under the brim of my helmet. Stays snug, no slip. Some rides are dusk to dawn. It's an expensive pain in the butt to carry extra lights for the handle bar, but pretty inexpensive to change batteries for the Storm. The red light also keeps me from blinding my buddies when we huddle up on a ride. And yeah, you might save two bucks by buying from Amazon, but is Amazon busting its butt to make you aware of as well as creating great Outdoors deals? That's worth something.
