Decent dash cam

Probably better, cheaper options out there especially now. Initially had some set up difficulties and bugs. Wi-fi connectivity also not extremely stable. Somewhat finicky with the type of SD cards used.

I purchased two of these. I have had a few small issues where the unit would reboot itself over and over again, but formatting the SDcard and start fresh or a quick firmware update seems to correct the issue. I have also had some battery issues with my car, but I cant totally point the finger at the camera, but I cant totally rule it out either. As of right now I am happy with my purchase and would purchase again. Tech support has been helpful in the past when I needed them and have gotten some great video that I have been able to pass on to the police for incidents I have caught that I was not involved in.

I will never buy another Black Vue product. This dash cam has been nothing but trouble and the customer service out of Korea is terrible too. I have had several SD cards "get corrupted" and no longer usable. Most times, the ability to download or watch the video on my cell phone fails too. In fact, if I do watch a video via WiFi it then corrupts that video so that it cannot be downloaded to my computer. If you are considering a dash cam, buy from someone else. Also, since I bought this with Mass Drop my ability to exchange or return the dash cam is severely limited. When I buy with Amazon, at least I can get the product in 2 days not two months and can get return service if needed. My experience has not been good.
