Some people mentioned shipping rates were expensive, and yeah $25 seems a bit high, but to everyone complaining about the price of the actual knife: Spyderco has minimum advertised pricing, which means that Massdrop can't sell it for a lower price than they are right now but they are offering free upgrades to some buyers, they're choosing the buyers lottery-style with fairly decent odds of getting upgraded and/or receiving extra stuff; that's the "deal" you're getting here.
Unfortunately for me, I'd prefer the base delica over any of the upgrades (except ZDP189) so this drop isn't for me. Good luck to all that joined, though.
