This is ridiculous...estimated ship date of 12/14...domestic orders should arrive before Christmas..." kick off the season and hang your holiday hopes on a Massdrop Blue Box," how many of us ordered these specifically as Christmas gifts?? Now we will get an update on 12/21 to see how the vendors are coming along?!?!? Serously, HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

AohpiperMassdrop won't work with you to cancel. Your only option is to contact your credit card company and have them cancel the transaction. Just show your credit card company the original ship date, and tell them that the ship date wasn't met and the item still hasn't shipped. Your credit card company will cancel the transaction, regardless of whether massdrop says you're "allowed" to cancel.
