I am disappointed with Massdrop. A BLACK FRIDAY sale, advertising a Christmas themed gift, arriving on December 28th...
I have previously order products with this website, but this is the last straw... slow expediting, slow shipment, poor communication, and the pricing not much different than other major retailers, e.g.: amazon, newegg, etc...
It appears the business model here is operated by people with good intentions, but no experience. There is minimal contact with your customers and the information provided is typical, vendor is in contact, vendor is preparing for shipment. How about MASSDROP step up: threaten a cancellation of the entire order and at least tell their customers in advance to consider alternate gift plans!
I had an issue with a previous order and the manufacturer was quicker to resolve the issue than your own customer service. At least with AMAZON, you get instant and free return shipping.
It is my opinion that Massdrop would not cancel this entire order once it became apparent that fulfillment would not occur prior to December 25 because you collected $45,000 worth of orders and would lose the commission... This is short sighted, I am sure you lost many customers based on this and other drops.
