LOVE these so much!!! They were mailed in a pill container, which was perfect, and is how I'm keeping them! Hah! I had bought some regular dice earlier to teach a lesson about probability in my High School math class and then I busted these out and all the kids loved them! Most of them had never seen dice like this and then I had to explain to them was D&D was (which is where I first used dice like this) and then they all started calling me a 'geek'. It was a fun afternoon!!

I got my dice!!! I've wanted these for a few years and I finally had the income to purchase. They are gorgeous! They are heavier than standard polymer dice (they're stone, duh) and are really smooth. Mine have slightly more blue and are less vibrant than what's pictured, but that's what you get from stuff like this. It's only a two days after I was notified that they shipped and I have them already. I plan on rolling them on a padded or felted tray for use, because I've read they're fragile. (I'll report back later on that). I can't wait to show them off to my party and fellow dice hoarders.

I love this set. The dice are solid, gorgeous, and easy to read, with decently well-distributed rolling results (I use them on felt to protect both the dice and the tabletop, because they are fairly heavy). My one gripe is that under close inspection, you can tell that the sides on the d12 and d20 aren't entirely consistent in terms of size, shape, and number placement. Thankfully, these minor inconsistencies don't have a noticeable effect on rolling results and can't be seen during regular use., but they're what kept this review from being a full 5 stars.
