I would just like to make a point about some comments mentioning some range/dropouts issues. First there is a video a few post down demonstrating the normal range and antenna performance that our device normally offer. That's the performance the vast majority of our customers get. Now, a couple of points. Bluetooth 5 is very very new. We have I believe the first (the only?) receiver that comply to Bluetooth 5, in theory it gives a lot of advantages and it IS backward compatible, but as with anything new, everybody else has to adjust too and since there are so few devices that uses it, in some cases there are still some glitchy particular edge cases. In any case your satisfaction is guaranteed you will not be stucked with a device that don't work well for you. Antenna systems are always a 2 ends thing every cases are different and range will vary, according to numerous parameters as it's a transition period. Patches are being developped, Operating systems adjust and we are working hard on our end as well to find what we can do on our end to understand and resolve those isolated cases issues. They are isolated cases, a couple thousand units are being used everyday without problems, for those who do experiment problem, most of them should be resolved and I'm quite certain than in a few month when BT5 become a more common thing all of this will be a thing of the past. Again it's a transition and everything else you use has to adapt. That doesn't mean you should be satisfied and just wait till it get fix. We want all of you to enjoy Get and we want you to enjoy it now. If some of you find it's not performing for your use case you should write to us about it and we'll do what's possible and if not you'll get refunded. We do know that issues are isolated cases and they are being worked on.

Pierre111Just to add on to this, the drop off never occurs when the device is in LOS with my S9+, but the drop off is significant when I am walking around. Just out of curiosity, I started walking around with the device attached to different parts of my clothing in relation to my clothes to figure out if the dropoff was caused by interfering waves (My workplace is near a bloody TV station).
Phone in back pocket, GET clipped to collar. Drop offs are significant.
Phone in front pocket, GET clipped to collar. There was one drop off while walking down to the open air area of my office for a short smoke.
Phone in hand, GET clipped to back pocket (Not ideal but I was curious). Dropped off and never reconnected.
So far the most effective (and the only way of using this) that I found comfortable was to put the GET clipped to my belt on the front. I just never move it for the rest of the day. No doubt, the sound quality is almost as good as wired, on some DT880s really punish this device but when I'm up and about I'm not going to use such expensive cans, with a pair of ATH M40s or 50s they enjoyable. Hope this information has helped you resolve the current issues you guys are facing.
