All of our leather is sourced and tanned in Italy but the bags are handcrafted in China. Our design studio and distribution center are based in Nashville, TN. This is a very high quality, full grain, leather and we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship that goes into these bags. They come from the same factory that produces Mulberry and Longchamp.
These bags have been among only 3 men's brands carried at Nordstrom for the last 5 years. Each comes with a one year warranty. Should you have any issues you can send it to us for repairs, free of charge. The leather is very easy to care for. You really shouldn't need to clean it often but once you've had it for awhile, scratches will inevitably start to show. However, with leather conditioner and oil you can make your bag look good as new again. DO NOT spot clean the leather. It is important that if you condition the bag you wipe down the entire bag. The conditioner will put a rich luster on the leather and lessen the appearance of scratches.
