rayce444Because the knife has to cross an ocean? They're charging the 1 pound international rate, it's not inflated, that's just what it costs.

rayce444Don't forget, shipping is managed by third parties... So for some countries, logistics can dictate higher costs. I've had $6 to $16 added to different knife purchases as shipping costs to Canada.
So it's not the same rate every time ; different knives / items warrant different logistics / different prices. If it bothers you too much get it on eBay for a tad more, you won't go broke for the slight difference...
