Product Description
Made from hard aluminum, the Boker Tactical Pen provides a smooth writing experience and doubles as a self-defense weapon. Designed with undulating grooves in the body that taper to a fine point, the pen is modeled after a Kubotan—a keychain self-defense weapon developed in the 1960s Read More
Got my MPP. I intended to get the model with knurling but forgot to when I ordered. Even so the standard MPP is feels excellent in the hand. I put a Space Pen cartridge in it and writes as nicely as it looks.

You have the wrong picture attached to the pen choices for the MPP blue an Tactical blue. I want to order a pen, but I want to get the right one I order! Please fix this!! I dont want to get the wrong pen!!
I got in on the Tablet Tactical Pen the last time they had the drop. My question is - How the hell do you change the refill? The body under the cap just won't unscrew.
This Pairs well with my tactical post it notes and my tactical stapler. All I need is some form of tactical tactical pen organizer and I should be ready for when civilization falls.
MassrichYou're not going to be fully prepared until you have a few thousand rolls of tactical toilet paper squirreled away. If you're planning to eat the survival food in a can that doesn't expire until 2097 you're going to need it.
Pictures and pricing are switched between Tactical and MPP models. MPP is the cheapest at $28.95 retail, and has the glass breaker on the cap. Tactical model is $33.95 MSRP, and has the steel insert on the tip. I would join this drop but I think it is extremely confusing. Not surprised that others have been getting the wrong pen. So am I right in understanding that this is considered "tactical" because you can stab things with it? I'm asking for all those people that have been stabbed by a single pen from a $2 BiC ten-pack.
Also: any plans on tactical cufflinks? You never know when you're going to have to defend yourself from Brian in marketing.
ClaridBasically, yes. Though this won't penetrate most hard spots on the body, soft spots are free game. We had an officer provide a training meeting just yesterday where he explained the effectiveness of what he liked to call "long cylindrical objects" in defending oneself from an attacker. He even managed to get an "assault with a deadly weapon" charge against a main who threatened his girlfriend by holding a pen to her temple and threatening to kill her. Before court, the officer called his father, a doctor, and asked him the easiest way to kill a person with a "long cylindrical object", and his dad said off the top of his head, 1. straight up the nose as far as possible 2. straight into the eyeball as far as possible 3. straight through the temple behind the eye. The defendant went to jail for a long time.
The pens allow for a solid grip and a strong striking tool. Think kubotan, that writes. It won't easily break, and can deliver hard blows in rapid succession. If you have nothing else, why not?
Man, I really want this item but it’s $15 shipping to Canada. Can anyone convince me that the MPP is worth the $50 it will cost to get it in my hands? I’m a little torn this close to Christmas.
I was just refunded my money and received a $15 Credit to my account and got to keep the wrong pen. Very happy! Great jop massdrop. Now on to see what to buy.
