A VG-10 Gentleman’s Folder In 4 Styles
Designed by South African knifemakers André van Heerden & André Thorburn, the Boker Plus A2 (pronounced “A squared” for the two designers’ names) is easy to carry and easier to admire. It features a satin-finished blade made from VG-10 stainless steel: a high-carbon-content steel manufactured in Japan. The blade —available in two sizes—is housed in a sleek and textured G-10 handle, which matches the 3D-milled G-10 pocket clip. Adding to the overall sportiness are the anodized blue titanium liners. They offer secure lockup when the knife is open. The base price is for the A2 Mini and A2 Mini 42, which feature a 2.9-inch blade. For something larger, go for the A2 or the A2 42, which have a 3.6-inch blade. The 42 versions have a nail nick; the standard versions have a flipper.
Note: At checkout, choose between the A2 Mini with a flipper, A2 Mini 42 with a nail nick, A2 (+ $15) with a flipper, and A2 42 (+ $15) with a nail nick. Quantities of each are limited to 25 units.
