Brazilian knifemaker Gustavo T. Cecchini is known for his forward-thinking designs. So it comes as no surprise that the Boker Plus Federal is unlike any other knife. How come? First, it sports a pocket clip that automatically retracts into the handle when the knife is not in use. This means the burly knife has less of a footprint, and makes it a great conversation piece. Overall, the Federal has a futuristic look, almost like a sci-fi spacecraft of sorts. Regarding materials, it has a stout 440C stainless steel blade and a titanium handle, contributing to a noteworthy weight of almost 5 ounces. The drop-point blade excels in slicing, and it locks in place with the titanium frame lock to prevent it from failing during heavy-duty work.
