The Boker Plus Griploc is as much a display of mathematics as it is of beauty. Designed by father-son duo Grant and Gavin Hawk, it leverages the pressure applied by the user’s hand to hold the blade in place when open—no locking mechanism necessary. (Use the safety slider at the base of the handle to ensure the blade stays open during more taxing jobs.) During deployment, the liner lurches out, as if alive, and then quickly collapses back into the aluminum scales once fully open.
Note: At checkout, choose between a silver blade with black handle or a black blade with silver handle. Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we are able to ship only some of the knives on Massdrop to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
With a 3.5-inch drop-point blade made from AUS-8 stainless steel, the Griploc delivers good slicing and piercing power. Its handle is made from aluminum, which keeps weight down without sacrificing durability. Attach it to a lanyard with the lanyard hole or use the ambidextrous pocket clip for convenient tip-up carry on either side.
