Hey everyone,

I just got off the phone with the distributor responsible for fulfilling these orders and he let me know that the entirety of his stock has been sold out from under him. Due to this, we are going to have to take this drop down before the end date.

Additionally, an error in the way we process payments caused the entire group to be charged. We are currently in the process of refunding everyone's orders. The refunds will be processed today and you can expect to see the funds back on your account in the next 1-3 business days.

I just wanted to apologize for the confusion on this drop. We're working with the distributor to increase checks on both stock and information with future drops. Thank you for your continued support.

So, this cannot be shipped to The Netherlands? I've noticed you guys forget to set the valid countries for said items often.

It would be a great service if MD ALWAYS included the "Country of Origin." This is always a good thing as it aids us in making an intelligent decision. "Hey MD.....please tell us where the things you sell are made."
This isn't much of a deal. I can order this from Amazon for virtually the same price if you include the shipping cost and have it in a couple of days, not a month or more later.
Hey whats up with massdrop not being able to ship this drop to Australia? Even if we're on the massdrop allowed list and I know for a fact that fixed blade "survival" type knives are an allowable import?

Individual shipments are being prepared now! Our warehouse team received the group's bulk order earlier and have already broken everything down into the individual packages. Hey Massdrop folks... might it be finally time to adopt some type of single-focus "Knife" community/category? I mean, I highly doubt that many Fallkniven A1 or Boker Plus Hunter Killer buyers purchased them to daily carry.

I just kind of laughed when I saw this associated with EDC.
So after much research, it seems this knife has been having a very common flaw among different buyers. The width of this fixed blade isn't as wide as it should be and consumers keep reporting that their blades either arrive slightly askew (somewhat bent) or they can't stand up to daily work that a blade like this should easily stand up to which is a direct result of the blade being too thin and not true (straight). These reviews (which I honestly take with a grain of salt) from multiple people around the world are so disappointing because I absolutely love the look of this knife and was about to pull the trigger. Not to mention Boker in general has gained a loyal following and much respect from peeps like myself. Of course I do extensive research on everything I purchase on the net since I might as well make the most informed decision I can with my hard earned $. To be noted, I don't base my purchases super heavily on the reviews I read every time. There are a ton of variables I take into consideration. I'd love to get the opportunity to analyze this blade without dropping the dough. I have no way of looking at one without traveling way too far just to make my own informed decision. Either way, good luck Boker. I love your products.

Thanks. Only 3 reviews but they're decent as knifecenter reviews go. I was hoping there was some talk on knife forums that would give us a little more detail. I guess I'll be steering clear of this design until Boker improves their manufacturing.

Gah! Another US-only drop on a knife I'd love. Please do a drop for people in the UK!
Thanks for making shipping of knifes and such possible to most of the EU countries, but you're killing me with this drop right now! A shame that this knife doesn't ship to Europe, I hope this will change in future drops.
