So after much research, it seems this knife has been having a very common flaw among different buyers. The width of this fixed blade isn't as wide as it should be and consumers keep reporting that their blades either arrive slightly askew (somewhat bent) or they can't stand up to daily work that a blade like this should easily stand up to which is a direct result of the blade being too thin and not true (straight). These reviews (which I honestly take with a grain of salt) from multiple people around the world are so disappointing because I absolutely love the look of this knife and was about to pull the trigger. Not to mention Boker in general has gained a loyal following and much respect from peeps like myself. Of course I do extensive research on everything I purchase on the net since I might as well make the most informed decision I can with my hard earned $. To be noted, I don't base my purchases super heavily on the reviews I read every time. There are a ton of variables I take into consideration. I'd love to get the opportunity to analyze this blade without dropping the dough. I have no way of looking at one without traveling way too far just to make my own informed decision. Either way, good luck Boker. I love your products.

Neblin7You mind sharing any of these reviews with us? I'm looking online but not finding much about this specific model.

Neblin7Thanks. Only 3 reviews but they're decent as knifecenter reviews go. I was hoping there was some talk on knife forums that would give us a little more detail. I guess I'll be steering clear of this design until Boker improves their manufacturing.
