Product Description
Best known for his Kwaiken flipper, Lucas Burnley now brings us the Kihon—which refers to the fundamentals of Japanese martial arts. But while the knife may be inspired by the basics (perhaps a nod to its simple, clean design), it’s anything but introductory Read More
Given all of the options available currently on massdrop, this knife doesn't have the best value. There's a Kizer Guru drop going on right now, and for $100 you get S35VN, ceramic ball bearing and titanium handle, while this one gives you G-10 for $134. Also, Boker's quality is kinda hit-and-miss compared to other makes i.e. Kizer
Massdrop, do yourself a favor. Find someone who loves knives to do this job. Or work your current worker less.
The picture doesn't match the description. And if boker is providing the pictures, please tell them they're making you look bad.
It looks like you don't care.

The knife pictured is $70, while the knife described is $148. The difference? VG-10 steel vs d2 and titanium handle scales vs g-10 plastic scales.
It wouldn't be a big deal if this wasn't the standard at this point. Screwing up drop descriptions on info you could quickly Google, like pictures.
I'm one of your biggest advocates, massdrop. I've spent $1700+ here (not to say that's my smartest move) but I don't regret a single purchase. Quit being low effort, please.
Everybody is stepping on each other to get to this "deal"...

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but the pictures depict the D2/G10 handle version. Based on the description this is the VG10/Titanium version. It's about $14 USD cheaper than some online retailers. Not sure why they are showing images of a completely different knife though.
I have handled one (granted not for a long time) and the build quality was pretty good.
I also do not had problems with Bokers Vg10 (I have the Nano in vg10, the Urban Trapper and had a A2).
If you do not like the price, which is not bad for a full Titanium Folder, there is a G10/D2 Version for around 80$ coming.
dealdaOr you can get an S35VN titanium flipper from Kizer (also made in China, same brand tier) for the same amount of money or even a bit less, or add $25 and get a ZT 0450 (made in USA, top tier brand). $135 for VG-10 is just not a great deal for a user knife considering the aforementioned options.
DmitryNKizer puts out consistently good work, they use better materials than Boker across the board, especially at similar price ranges.
I don't think Kizer is in the same tier as Boker, though Boker is definitely turning things around from the build quality limbo they were stuck in.
