Received mine yesterday. Very sharp out of the box, but QC of assembly was terrible. The lock barely engaged. Fortunately I was able to completely strip the knife (Boker must've anticipated this - there's a dual sized torx key in the box), clean the internals, polish the tang and locking face of the blade and reassemble with a bit of blue LocTite on the screw threads. Now it works pretty well.
It is a small thing, though - very much a gentleman's knife - it's very "non threatening" and quite elegant looking. I prefer a Spyderco Dragonfly for everyday carry. Just about worth the money.

MandoBearMine had horrible quality control.
- The tip of my blade shows discoloration because the metal had improper heat treatment. - The left and right halves of the handle are not symmetrical. Running from the top of the handle to the bottom, looking at both sides it actually looks warped due to one being skinnier in the middle of the handle than the other.
The second item is annoying but I think I can use the supplied tool to loosen the halves and maybe wiggle them into a more "true" position so they don't appear as bad.
The first item just makes me think I have to deal with the very real possibility this thing will loose its point.
Its a shame because it is a very attractive piece, until you look at it up close.
