Ok- how do returns/replacements work? Mine is super gritty and sticks when trying to rotate the action (so bad I have to disassemble it.
Will try lube- but know this shouldn't be this way.

KennedyusmcJust got mine too. Same thing. Super gritty and the pen doesn't write. Poor deburring edges.
