Now this would have been great if it wasn't for the recent shipping ban internationally, under 3" with slip joint makes it legal almost everywhere. This is exactly what I'm after in a pen knife, more substantial than a victorinox, but small enough with enough extra tools to be useful every day, and of course a legal carry nearly everywhere except an international flight.
This series is actually really reminiscent of the victorinox tinker series, given I've been carrying one of the deluxe versions of those for 15 years now I think that is probably why I like it.

warriorscotAround here, the limit is 2.5" in many towns, so it's too long for legal EDC. I agree, though, it's basically a Victorinox with a nicer blade, which is ideal.

maxim0512Yikes. I can carry up to a 6" knife up in Minnesota. Where are you at that it's that short?
