YEEEEEESSSSSS, I always wanted one of these. I've read mostly positive reviews, most people complain about it being stiff to open; not a flip open kinda knife and lockback being too hard. All online reviews I've seen are positive. This is the cheapest you will find this knife for at the moment.

Illinois_knife_guyFlat grinds are definitely not the best choice in "every category". Each grinds have their pros and cons. FG are very good at slicing food for example.
