So aside from being named Urban Trapper, what exactly is a Gentlemen's knife? I'm shocked it's not tactical too.

Got one on the last drop, and love the knife-made really well, beautiful, light, and I feel that Boker is a great brand, with great value for what you get.

I’ve been eyeing this version of the Urban Trapper since last year, when I decided instead to get its sibling, the Boker Plus Ti/Damascus Kwaiken.
The blade is not laminated VG10:

If that link didn't survive, the blade is made of ladder pattern Damasteel, a combination of two powder stainless steels: RWL34 (like the Tashi Bharucha Prism that "dropped" into my possession last month) and PMC27.
If I didn't already have the Kwaiken, I'd grab this drop as the price is quite good. I have a small collection of Damasteel knives, and each one is beautiful and unique.

It's the same one. Check my link above then look around there, it's the only Damascus Trapper you can find on the manufacturer's website, and same MSRP listed

DukeJockeyI saw that price and figured it must be Damasteel, but then the specs said vg10 and I was puzzled. Thanks for clearing that up.

I love when they say Damascus, and it's not a san-mai construction over a core steel.... Yet they don't tell you what the other steel in the blade is 🙄
