One touch is all it takes to make a full 8-cup carafe of delicious coffee with the Bonavita Metropolitan brewer. Backed by a 1,500-watt heater, the brewer heats up fast, reaching the optimal range of 195 to 205 degrees fahrenheit for full-flavored joe. The device also has an optional pre-infusion mode that mimics the pour-over brewing method by pausing water flow and allowing coffee grounds time to bloom. In addition, the showerhead is specifically designed to evenly saturate coffee grounds. Once the cycle ends, you’ll hear an audible beep to let you know it’s done. Made from BPA-free materials, many of the brewer’s pieces are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup as well.
