Coffee tastes far better when it’s made the right way—and Bonavita knows it as well as anybody. The Motif is the latest brewer in the company’s extensive lineup. It features a heating element that heats water to the optimal temperature (between 198 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit) for the optimal time period (between 4 and 8 minutes). This version has a specially designed shower head to evenly saturate your coffee grounds and a lid and filter basket that are specifically designed for heat retention. Capable of making 8 cups of delicious joe at a time, the Motif has a durable thermal carafe to go with it (but you can choose a glass carafe at checkout if you prefer). It will audibly alert you when it starts and stops and keep your coffee hot once brewed. Every brewer passes multiple cycle tests before it goes to market to ensure consistency.
