Just got it, the update was painstakingly long (note that before you open the update program, make sure you let your pc install mass storage device first or you'll end up waiting for no reason just to realize it haven't did any thing because it was installing the mass storage device part of it in the background *but you gotta love there "jump cut tutorial") just to finally pair them to play music and find out only the right side plays clear and the left side sounds like white noise or distorted. I"m beyond frustrated, there goes a waste of my time and money. Every second of hearing the distortion, just makes me grind my teeth. Maybe I got a defective one, maybe it was just my luck.

sanislegendI definitely think that you experience is not the norm. Many community members who have purchased them report back that these are great products. I have tested them personally and will also say that they are pretty amazing. I would suggest that you contact Bragi and start a claim to get a replacement product.
