I'm very disappointed in Massdrop. Three days ago you sent out an email saying:

"Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 10/5. "

So this is how a six month long wait ends.

I'm curious. Who actually received their cable? I ordered the light blue/white one.

I ordered a blue/white cable on march 26, no updates only to see it completely canceled like others have with the $5 credit.

But hey I got $25 credit for the planck delay(and thankfully the 78G zeals weren't delayed), but I was looking forward to that cable to go along with the planck.

Interesting followup. I asked Massdrop support to provide the name of the maker for these cables. They responded and said they do not disclose supplier information on their drops. When I pointed out that, well, almost literally every other drop has a brand name or source information, the customer service rep kindly informs me that they can't disclose for this drop specifically. Hmmmmmmm
i highly recommend anyone considering this drop to not waste their time or money you will be forgotten about, ignored and otherwise pushed aside. we were supposed to receive the drop item in question over 2 months ago. do not request this drop do not put money into this drop.

I'm glad I asked for my refund after the first delay, but I'm still getting email updates and this is ridiculous. Also seems like this "small minority" that was left out of the initial production shipment was actually pretty sizable. How many delays are required before a 'vendor' gets a grip on how to forecast its production rate for some minor cables after what was already a hefty lead time?
I'm going to go ahead and say maybe Massdrop should no longer use this vendor if they are at fault. I've waited a very long time for this cable and now the most recent email exclaims that they are going to wait for the second batch of orders at the end of the month. That was AFTER an initial delay.

If Massdrop dropped the ball here, there should be some sort of credit or something for this trouble.

Massdrop has a new nylon braid cable drop with an estimated November 14 delivery date. I wonder if the replacements will ship with that drop. The general design and cable length are the same. Hopefully Massdrop will offer an upgrade to the new tripple braid design if it ends up getting pushed out to November.
Massdrop what gives. Two weeks ago you said you'd shipped them, with a small minority forgotten. Okay, I guess I was a part of that group. No update 7/25 like you promised and now it is 8/1. I'm beginning to think you forgot the entire order and made an excuse to buy even more time than the months we've given you.

Ok, so after following up with the logistics team, they informed me everyone who participated in the drop should have received an email update yesterday afternoon.

for various reasons the email got sent to an account i no longer have access to is there a way they can have the update on it posted here or maybe someone can tell me what the email said?
its the end of july its been 25 days since the supposed day these cables were supposed to ship. come on people i cant be the only one here wondering what the hell is going on, spam this discussion lets get their attention!

Feeling just about the same here. It feels like this drop has been forgotten.
its been almost a damn month. is this theft? i count this as theft paid for something that i have yet to receive and yet to get any word back on.
after the hastle that ive had with this i will no longer be buying from massdrop my sennheiser hd6xx are the last thing i will be purchasing on this website.
i have emailed massdrop and stil have heard nothing back id consider pulling my order and asking for a refund but at this point i think thats pointless. like anyone else waiting for our item to be shipped to us i ask, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?
Anyone have any info? It's been over a week since these were supposed to ship an update on why or what's going on would be great.
