Got the Brainwavz S3 and I have to say this is the worst design I have ever seen! With the audio jack plugged all the way in you get a 1/4 of the sound with 0 vocals coming through with a tinny, scratchy, reverby sound. The only way you get the full sound is if you hold the center button in on the remote (WHO is going to do that!?) So I pulled the audio jack out 1/4 of the way and then you get the full sound, who is going to listen to headphones with them not plugged in all the way????? I get that these were very cheap but my wife's samsung earphones that she got with her phone are better than these.
They have a 2yr warranty, how do I return them?

jb5200That sounds extremely defective and not as intended. Contact Massdrop support from your transaction page. I have Brainwavs and they are not like this. I don't know how you can call a defective item poor design when it's clearly not as designed.

jb5200You must have Sony or Samsung mobile. In past few companies other than these intentionally made their mobiles incomparable with other headphones, changed order on 4-pin connector. Samsung and Sony have, on some models, continued this tradition. I had HTC ages ago and was frustrated, bcs than all good headsets were made by S n S and I couldn't use them.
