XesilNexYup me too. One weird thing is that my pair seems to have pretty much zero bass response. Do I need to burn them in, or did I get a defective unit? I don't know what's up, but in order to get something that sounds at all balanced, I need to have an EQ like this:
search

My reference for "balanced" is a pair of Panasonic RP-HTF 600's I've had for about 3 years.

Lazerlord10i would burn them in and try verious tips my exp specially with brainwavz is sometimes they include amazing tips others...crap....or a mix.....(but some think the crap tips are great to so...)
try the comply tips as well, im betting if your getting no bass, you will find its a fit issue (could be defective but..i kinda doubt it...)
it happens, on and ZesilNex sometimes they run out of some tips, if you contact them in my exp they will actually toss you seperate tips free or for shipping cost IF you need them, i never found the biflanges of this type useful though....sony hybrids are better.

UnaSalusVictusAlready tried the comply tips, not much change at all. Burned them in for a good 15 or so hours overnight and no noticeable change occurred. Also, it's not the device, as they sound identical no matter what I plug them in to. I got someone else to take a listen, and he agreed that they sounded awful. To put it into perspective, the$1 earbuds you find at gas stations sound better than what these do. That's not exaggeration either. Hopefully I can get them replaced.

Lazerlord10contact Razz on the head-fi or mp4nation forums, pretty sure you will find that you wont have any trouble getting them to rma the set.
it does happen, and in my exp, mp4nations pretty good about getting stuff replaced as soon as they can, last rma i did, they where weeks out on the set i sent in, hey upped me to the next set up and sent it to me from their US warehouse rather then from china.

UnaSalusVictusAs someone who has never RMA'ed anything, I'm a bit confused at the whole process. I should be able to figure out what to do with the information you gave me, but I do have some questions. So is mp4nation the distribution company associated with this drop, or is it more specific to the individual I'm supposed to contact? I looked on Brainwavz's website, and it said that warranty stuff would be primarily dealt with the official re-seller, which massdrop technically isn't. I'll take a look into what you said a little later, though, as I'm SUPER busy right now and don't really have the time.

Lazerlord10brainwavz is mp4nations house brand, if you contact mp4nation or razz(owner) via head-fi or mp4nation forums and let him know whats gone down, he will im sure be glad to help you. http://www.head-fi.org/u/142123/razzer001
thats razz on head-fi forums, you can find him on their own forums as well, hes a nice guy, seriously just contact him and ask him what you should do, im betting he will get your exchange/replacement very quickly as they have with me in the past.
