I really enjoy my brass keybar. It does everything I've been looking for. The keys stay in place and don't need re-adjustment. They are fairly easy to access and use. There is very little smell from the brass. People who are commenting about this might be sensitive to it or are just handling their keys a lot.
Only problem is that it is heavy and larger than I thought it would be. I've also had more that one person comment about how it looks like a knife when in your pocket. The keybar is just about the length of what a pocket knife would be. I've had to splay out all of my keys to show it wasn't a knife at a ballpark last time I went to a game. I'll probably not bring it with me next time.
ruggles4 people thumbed up the comment and 410 people bought one... You lose! Good day sir!
This is a legit product that I am happy to have every day when I pull my keys out of my pocket. Good quality and even better customer service. But thanks for stopping to leave a douche bomb for no real reason.
Bought mine in copper during the last drop and am really happy with it. I went ahead and bought the toothpick/tweezer set directly from KeyBar as well as the deep pocket clip. I have to say this is a great key holder and a lifetime purchase. The copper is just starting to get the patina I love.
@KeyBarCrew Any plans to drop the KeyBar with the new milled clip on Massdrop any time soon? I am thinking about buying my first KeyBar, and I like the look of the milled clip. Also, it looks like in past drops you offered add-ons like the bottle opener, Keyrabiner, comb, and magnuts. Those don't appear to be on offer with this time. Just curious if there was a specific reason. Thanks.
I have had my copper KeyBar for almost 2 months now. Its a very nice piece to carry. I have attached 6 keys and a thumb drive attached to it. I still smile each time I reach for my keys or thumb drive. As I mentioned in a previous comment I carried an Aluminum Keyboard for a couple of years. I very much prefer the copper but the aluminum is still nice. I also own the titanium Keysmart that sits in a drawer after only used a couple weeks. Nice price too Massdrop!
MrBeanTSA might look at it but it's not banned unless it has a blade. People carry keys and hefty all-metal watches on board all the time. Any huge chunk of metal will show up on an x-ray but that doesn't mean you can't bring it on to the plane.
