I have the V2. Guys get a used or NOS Sylvania tube for this bad boy. It will be so amazing you will be thanking me. As for DAC even the little Fiio D3 for $30 at amazon is awesome neutral high quality little DAC. Connect from your motherboard or soundcard via optical cable to Fiio D3 DAC then to Bravo with Sylvania. Beautiful music with great bass.

TheRealVladYou are going to get worse interference on top of your computer, IIRC they updated the heatsinks on these and they are sufficient to cool the parts, the tubes themselves work better warm or so I have heard

Ice_PyroCorrect, do not put this amp or any amp on top of a PC. It can pick up some noise. I have my bravo on the desk about 3 feet away from the PC. The signal is sent from PC via optical and there is zero noise. The Sylvania 12au7 does not get very hot but still sounds excellent. Actually I'm really impressed by this little amp. Clean big sound organic and good control. Will see how the quality is next few months but its only $66 of amazon. I read the production cost is about $35 so for $66 is excellent price. Many $500+ amp's if you open them up the parts are not worth more then $30. That makes bravo just a great buy.
