If there were a staple in a modern man’s wardrobe, the Breda Zapf would be right at the top of the list. Minimally styled with applied indices, no numerals, and no date window, it can just as easily pair with a pressed Oxford as it can a vintage tee shirt. The case is made from stainless steel with a mineral crystal, contributing to a water resistance rating of 30 meters (so you won’t have to worry about washing your hands or any accidental spills). At just 39 millimeters wide, the watch is on the smaller side, but that’s part of where it gets its universal appeal. One interesting touch is the seconds hand, which is colored in an offsetting tone to make the dial pop.
