Then you might be surprised to learn that many super durable and well made products from high end brands are made in China. If you check Fjallraven website, you'll see that their products "are primarily made in Asia".
I think we should differentiate between products made in China and China imitation brands, which I certainly agree are generally known to be of subpar quality.
