The write-up notes that the belt is available in four colors, and the first picture shows the belt in an oxblood color, but only black, brown and tan are actually available for purchase. Please make the oxblood color available.
Highly recommended. Not all of BBC’s belts are winners (I particularly disliked the natural harness leather belt, which felt flimsy for a casual belt and creased badly), but the Miller is a solid dress belt. I bought all four colours and have no regrets. Just PLEASE measure an actual belt of yours and follow the sizing instructions exactly, rather than estimating based on your pants size and then coming on here to complain that the sizing is off. That is all on you.
Anyone has any sizing issues that the BBC Siena Safiano and Veno belts have? For both belts that were ordered, they had to be at least 4" more. I hope these will be as recommended, i.e. 2" more than the waist size. I really like them though...
zeebeeHave you measured the actual belts and/or your trousers, are are you going off labelled trouser size? The latter is what gets people in trouble almost every time.
I would order an oxblood and a brown if I could get them with a silver (gunmetal or nickel) buckle. I have the black one and I am pleased with it. I don't wear gold (brass).
For what its worth I purchased a different model (Langham) from British Belt Co. and was a bit disappointed. The belt immediately developed pronounced creases in the buckle area that were quite visible if you used an alternate hole. I tend to shift between one of two holes depending on the pants I'm wearing and these creases are now visible regardless of which hole I use. I am definitely not a belt expert, maybe this is normal but not something I've encountered with other quality belts. The belt is now one year old and the picture is recent however these creases developed shortly after I began wearing the belt and since I have not been wearing it much. Again my belt is a different model but it makes me hesitant to consider another purchase from this manufacturer.
NootkaMy Langham belt didn’t crease anywhere near as much as yours, but it is certainly a bit prone to creasing. The Miller belt is very different due to the grain pattern among other things. I haven’t had any issues with it at all.
