Three questions: 1. How is the buckle attached to the leather? 2. Does the brown one come with the brass buckle as pictured or with a nickle buckle as set out in the description? 3. How thick is the full grain leather used for the top? Also, I agree that more black units would be appreciated, it is the most commonly used colour for formal men's belts after all...

namelessHi Namless, I will try to answer all your questions: 1) The buckle is stitched with two rows. one on either side of the loop. 2) im afraid the description is not correct. The buckle on the brown belt is brass as pictured. thkx for pointing this out ! 3) The full grain leather top is from a mill in Italy called, "Sa Ga Pell" I think they were established 1937 the thickness is 1.8-2.0mm. It is then lined with a nubuck leather which is 2.0mm. Comments, sorry we sold out of the black colour & small sizes so fast. We truly appreciate your passion & interest in our hand made products. Cheers !

AdamJ.PlotnickThank you, the prompt and exact answer is much appreciated! I ordered a brown one as black was sold out and moreover the outer surface has a grainy finish. If you redo such a drop, you may want to consider offering a non-grainy formal belt with the same buckle as the Miller (at least in black). I haven't seen any on Massdrop lately, and I am sure many men would be interested in buying such a prototype of a formal belt in this quality at this price point. Upon checking your website I saw that your Langham unfortunately has a square buckle, and the Fairford has sold out.
