Regarding "fire like a bullet" deployment of the Caliber folder, it's all about the technique and not about the liner material. My conclusion is based on the two videos from the links below. Make sure you click on the "QuickFlick Video" after accessing the webpage.

Notice they also mislabeled the liner type.
The link below points to the more expensive Carbon Fiber handle with the titanium liner.

Notice that the presenter in the video flipped the G10 and the Carbon Fiber models with the same high speed. This lead me to conclude that it is all about the technique and not because of the liner type. Now, I need to refine my technique so I can flip the G10 Caliber like this guy did in the video.
