Please next time don't end these early. I was going to buy (I am the 1st person to re-request the drop) got busy during the day and couldn't find the drop last night. Then discovered it was canceled.
As far a wave design goes unless you keep lose pants and practice using that technique and keep nothing else in your pocket there are good odds that the blade will get caught. If you want a knife that is guaranteed to be open when needed get a fixed blade.

Hey guys, It looks like this one is not going to be successful to I'm closing it a little early to make room for other fun stuff. If you want it back later, let us know, always happy to accommodate when possible.

Oh my, that thing is gorgeous. If I had a couple hundred to throw at a knife right now, I'd be all over it.

This would be great with a wave opener... sadly not a good defense choice without, but cool collector piece.

I agree with pyrobunny, it looks like there's more than enough space to mill in your own wave. I don't know how keen I would be on spending $300+ on a knife that I'd have to butcher for edc though.
