I've held these buckles and they are tight. Operation is smooth and solid. Definitely worth $100! All of the previous comments seem to all share something in common... No first hand experience.

Test AccountNo first hand experience.
I don't need to be shot to know it sucks. I also don't need to buy tickets to a Nickelback concert to know its a waste of time.
The same way, I don't need to buy a $100 pipe on a buckle to know its a waste of money. The formfactor is ridiculous, the application makes no sense, and the price point is beyond justifying the first two issues. Listen, if this was 1970 and I were James Bond looking for a way to compliment my dart watch; I might find this alluring. As it turns out, it's 2015, I'm not James Bond, and I have a myriad of pipes, vapes, bowls, glass, etc; in a ton of different form factors, from tabletop to pens. With all of these options, why, why would I buy an overpriced belt to walk around smelling of weed, when I just spent $100 to avoid that in the first place?
Operation is smooth and solid? I sure hope you're talking about how that pipe secures to the belt. Since we've established the pipe idea on this is dumb, the action of the belt is all that's left. I have a $20 belt from Levi, who's action I'd describe as, smooth and solid. This belt holds up what we would refer to as pants. These pants also have pockets, which hold, well, things. Among those things, is a $30 Grav pipe with a form fitting case. Super small, no bulk, and contains the smell. The action of this pipe is what I'd describe as, smooth and reliable. Here's the cool part. This case can transfer to pants, jeans, slacks, suits, etc. If I'm accepting an award for exceptional...whatever. I can leave this case at home. So my colleagues don't believe I came to this event from the 1970s in a Delorean. If I had this $100 belt, it would be at home at this time....being useless. Meanwhile, my $20 belt, is holding my pants up just fine.
Look, I won't bore you with any more of this. It all comes down to this. Whatever situation one would use this in, there are far better, cheaper, and discreet options available.

ThatRussianSpaceMonkeyQuality is un-arguable. But I'm not here to reverse your thorough "no hands on experience". Thru your several paragraphs the message was clear that the product is not your cup of tea. Let us wonder why these buckles sell world-wide?

Test AccountSamson Mastoianni, is that you? Did you bring your sales figures?
The fact that a $10 pocket case is smarter than what this buckle was trying to achieve, removes whatever wonder there was. And for the record, that Levi belt, 14 years old and going strong baby. That's quality.
