I just received my hammock, but for the rope where a hammock strap would go, the zip ties holding the rope tips down do not seem secure. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, what was the solution?

RBVakarianHello. I just wanted to let you know that the zip ties are really only there to discourage people from undoing the knots. They are not there to provide any sort of structural integrity there. I hope you are enjoying your hammock so far.

DannyhammockI love the hammock so far. Three day 'swings' and I went camping with it on Thanksgiving. I like how it's not claustrophobic
