I usually take the time to write a review when when something exceeds my expectations or when I feel extremely disappointed. Sadly this time I do not feel very happy with this purchase. I bought 2 because I really liked the concept. However the third time I used one of them it broke, I'm guessing that in part was due to the unstable issue, but most of all I find it to be poorly constructed, with weak materials.

We have had very few issues considering the number of them on the market. Like any other product on the market today, sometimes a product does not hold up the way it should. But, you bought from a company that has been around for over 130 years and knows the importance of customer service and standing behind their products.
