The one person who’s bought these shoes should do an AMA.

Yeah these look way better than something from Zara, particularly the material and whole cut pattern. If I didn't own so many shoes already, I'd get the nude ones and dye them some brown with some "patina."
emptymA good problem to have! :) thanks for sharing. Indeed we also do panita slippers. you Could make a request to massdrop.

Wish these weren't cemented. Does anyone know of a shoe in the same style with stitched construction in the $200-250 range. I know Carmina makes one, but its more like $400.
Great feedback, yes we have darker suedes. We can request Massdrop for those colorways.
That is correct.

Even if these were $30 who TF would wear them? Maybe Christopher Walken when he played "The Continental" on Saturday Night Live.
rayce444Thanks for sharing Rayce. Who is your favorite actor?

These are cemented construction. There is nothing hand made about these (or to be fair even higher priced shoes). But higher priced shoes don't say hand-made because that's disingenuous. Only lower quality shoes will use "hand made" very liberally. These shoes are no better than the stuff you find in Zara. I don't think these are worthy of a drop, let alone the price Massdrop is charging for them.
And don't fool yourself, these could never make it at the "$185" retail price. Massdrop has had better shoes than this (Loake, Allen Edmonds, Carmina, J Fitzpatrick). I'd stick to those when they come back around.
