FINALLY received mine today. (I believe the anticipation was worse than the actual time it took, so the perceived time was increased by my own internal struggles.)
I only played with the Microphone for a few minutes.
Plugged microphone in Set microphone as default microphone Changed volume on microphone from default (~52) to 100 Ran built-in Windows 8.1 Sound Recorder and saved file Listened, smiled Setup microphone as default mic for TeamSpeak v3 Logged in, received no complaints about volume or anything
All-in-all, microphone seems to be working well. I also tested music coming through my speakers at a level that I could listen to without the mic picking up too much noise and it seemed reasonable.
I'll mostly use this microphone for voice-activated VOIP communications, so it seems like a good buy so far. I was almost expecting the static noise that other people have mentioned here, luckily the random USB port I selected in the back of my case didn't cause this issue for me [yet].
[?] Anyone know if the NEEWER Microphone Suspension Boom Scissor Arm Stand that's $15 on Amazon fits this microphone?

takenThank you so much for your post, glad to hear it worked out so well. If you get a chance, please post a video or sound clip to the discussion.
Quick question, have you tried the mic with a USB interface yet?

takenHey Taken! I've got this exact Scissor Arm Stand and can confirm that the mic with shockmount will mount to the arm without an issue!
In regards to the arm itself, it serves the purpose well, but has some annoying attributes which are thankfully small enough to overlook at the price point.
