Same thing. On a flight with no reception and upon landing my order of both was cancelled ... instead of at least sending me the one that was available, they defaulted to cancellation of the entire order. I find this policy most strange.

I was out of cellphone signal for a couple of days when the backorder notice was served, can I still be included in the drop for the other colour way? Given that there is still time before the ship date I would certainly hope so!!!
