Is the powdered coating rubberized? as in will the mixing bowl slide around the countertop. I've been looking for some mixing bowls with a rubberized bottom for a while.

Where are these manufactured? According to Cambridge Silversmith's website, they do manufacturing in both Korea and China. Is it possible to find out where these bowls are made?
