We have some bad news to report to the group. Unfortunately we have to cancel everyone's order due to fulfillment issues on the vendor's side. Before the launch, we went through our pre-drop checklist and the vendor had sufficient inventory. However, they allocated that inventory to a separate retailer without informing us. On top of that, this product has now been discontinued and consequently we are unable to get more units to fulfill the orders. We apologize for this inconvenience and full refunds will automatically be applied to your payment method within 1-3 business days.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Camera Head Grip Ball With Plate and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.

Individual shipments are being prepared now. Our warehouse team received the group's bulk order earlier and have already broken everything down into the individual packages. As soon as your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

The shipment has arrived. After a minor UPS delay, the group's bulk order landed at our warehouse in New Jersey and our team has been hard at work breaking down the shipment into the individual packages. As soon as everything is prepared for shipment and packages are picked up by the courier we will be sure to let the group know right away.

While the group's order is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey now, we've just learned that a minor UPS delay has prevented the shipment from arriving as early as originally anticipated. TylerSo it takes UPS 11 Days to get your order from the Supplier to your warehouse in NJ? Where is the supplier? China? BTW, you used the same text and excuse when the Monoprice 360 Panoramic head was late too, word for word!

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 8/2.

We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey.
