Featuring polished Swedish 14C28N stainless steel—sometimes used in high-end pocket knives—the Cangshan TN1 series blades are sturdy and resistant to corrosion. Hand forged and sharpened, they feature skeletonized handles that drastically reduce the weight, making them easier to maneuver and use over longer cooking sessions. However, they’re made from stainless steel after all, so they’re heavy enough to give you power when you need it. An angled bolster makes it easy to grasp each knife with a pinch grip, recommended by chefs around the world. The knife block is done in an angled V shape for a modern look.
