EDIT: Massdrop has resolved this, at least in my opinion. They will give you a receipt from the authorized dealer if and when you require warranty service, and if anything goes wrong they will reimburse you for any repairs. You can see the post below for Duncan from Massdrop's response to my questions. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/nikon-d850-dslr-camera/talk/2017025?utm_source=linkshare&referer=T3XNMA
This is a bad deal. First off, you will not be getting a USA warranty, as others have stated. Second off, this discount is miniscule. It's currently selling for $3299 on Amazon, with the warranty. Also, the D850 from Nikon is a much newer and better camera, and is the same price. You'll have to wait to get one, but this is just a minor discount on an outdated camera.

jeremy205100D850 is no comparison. Most people considering this camera body most likely already have a few Canon lenses, and are otherwise invested in the Canon ecosystem. They would have to be willing to dump their lenses on the used market and buy new glass if they were to jump to the D850. If you prefer Nikon over Canon, that is fine. I think Camera fanboy flamewars are silly. All that matters in the end is the image you capture, not how much you spent and with which brand.
