Can someone explain what the other two lenses are that are included?

patches_swayzeThere are two lenses included.
Traditionally, the Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM is the "kit" lens bundled with this camera. It is a slightly-wide-angle to slightly telephoto lens. Good for general purpose shooting. It includes IS (Image Stabilization) so the fact that is it a little "slow", that is, it has a relatively small aperture meaning less light gathering, is less of a problem. The IS allows you to shoot with a slower shutter speed by compensating for movement of the camera.
The Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III lens is a little different than usual. It is an "EF" lens, not "EF-S" meaning it was designed for a full frame camera, not this crop sensor model. It will fit and operate, but it is bigger and heavier than an EF-S lens and lacks IS. It is a telephoto lens, and provides a great deal of magnification, particularly for the APS-C sensor which is smaller. It will be very telescopic on this camera.
The APS-C sensor has a "crop factor" of 1.6 over the full frame 35mm sensor. The practical upshot of this is a multiplication of effective focal length over the stated lengths on the barrels. The 18-55mm is actually 28.8mm (somewhat wide) to 88mm somewhat telephoto (good for portraits); while the 75-300mm is 120mm (telephoto) to 480mm (VERY telephoto!).
The first purchase you are likely to make if you buy this kit is the very high value and affordable EF 50mm f1.8 "nifty fifty". It is a fast lens, and gives beautiful results for about 100 bucks. But, these two lenses are certainly flexible enough to start with. I'd have chosen others, but these are fine.
If you have questions, ask, I know that's a lot of information.

YaakovThanks for all that information. I actually used to own this camera, along with the two kit lenses and a 50mm lens, but got all my gear stolen out of a friends car on a weekend trip not long ago. But I'm not very knowledgeable on lenses and sensors and such, so thanks for explaining everything! My question actually was more about the 0.43x wide-angle 58mm lens and 2.2x telephoto 58mm lens that are listed along with everything.

patches_swayzeOh. Well, for *me* those would be hockey pucks or paper weights. They thread onto the filter ring of the lens to add an element—and distortion of various sorts. You might play with them a couple of times but the T5i body is really over the head of thread on lenses. This is just my opinion, YMMV.
