Well, I missed the crazy sale on the lenses I really wanted from the Mother's Day refurb sale. I already have the inkling that the missus will want her own camera, so I'll be looking for some great Macro lenses and accessories until the next crazy refurb sale from Canon. It still blows my mind that I could have gotten the base combo for $479 (minus $25 for using my Discover card)... all that leftover $$ would have been great for memory cards and a bag. Oh well... next round!
