Once again you are putting Dancer keycaps up for sale, and yet here I am STILL waiting for my missing keycap. Apparently it will be coming from the manufacturer "sometime".
Why didn't you guys pull a couple of sets of Dasher and Dancer and just send everyone their one (or two) missing keycaps directly? I feel like I gave you my money, you should take care of this. Sloughing it off on someone else is total weaksauce.
Please. Step up to the plate and take care of these things directly. Stop bouncing them back to the manufacturer, especially with things like keycaps where Massdrop itself has amassed surplus stock and could just pluck out a cap and send it.
I ordered my Dancer set in December of TWENTYSIXTEEN!!! It was delivered September 2017 with a missing keycap. It is now four months after that, and there is still NO SIGN of my missing keycap. Not even a "coming soon" announcement. You guys are really dropping the ball on this with me and everyone else I read about with missing caps.

valiantAt the last drop of leftovers, in the autumn, I bought a Chocolatier TKL "set" with many missing keycaps. Massdrop ordered the missing keycaps and after quite a while, Signature Plastics sent me the keycaps at the start of January and now I am waiting for them to arrive.
I can understand your frustration, I was kind of devastated when I received my dream set with so many missing keycaps.

valiantIt took months but they finally delivered my one missing cap. You can also order a single Dasher/Dancer cap for $10 from SP directly at https://pimpmykeyboard.com/sa-dasher-dancer/ Not ideal, sure, but beats having an unfinished set.
